Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

I am devoted to making bath, body and home products that are free of any synthetic and chemical ingredients. Additionally, no products contain parabens, phthalates, artificial fragrance, palm oil or petroleum derived ingredients.

All products are handmade, in small batches to ensure quality standards and to reduce excess production waste.

An integral part of the product design for Devoted considers the packaging and shipping materials used to deliver the best experience to you, with as little environmental impact as possible.

By producing limited quantity collections, opting for packaging that can be repurposed and using biodegradable/recycled shipping materials, the goal is to reduce the amount of waste in the production & delivery process.

As a small business, it's just me- the maker, running things around here. I utilize Shopify's discounted shipping rates and logistics to offer the best selection of shipping providers and timeframes possible. While offering free shipping is not sustainable for a business this size, I occasionally offer promotions including free shipping to my email subscribers.
